Jalpa Devi School Bathroom Project
Jalpa Devi School is in desperate need of a bathroom upgrade.
The school is located approximately 1.5h drive north from Kathmandu City in the Kakani municipality.
We wish to rebuild the small derelict bathroom building into a clean and functional facility with separate girls and boys bathroom blocks.

Navajeewan Secondary School Library
Shree Navajeewan Secondary School is a progressive school with technical agricultural education classes. These classes teach aspects of Nepali horticulture and small business learnings. Family Food Relief Package Sponsorship
The Covid Pandemic crippled Nepal’s health system, work was very difficult to find and many families struggled as the country went in and out of lockdowns. Nepal’s first pandemic wave mainly hit Nepal’s big cities. The second wave quickly spread to the villages where there is limited access to healthcare.

Sarsyu Secondary School Library
This library project is complete and awesome! Located in beautiful Sarsyu village in the Himalayan foothills. The library has proofed its worth many times over since it was completed in November 2018.

Sidhing Primary School Library
In October 2016 Dan (Active Hearts Founder) hiked to the Mardi Himal base camp at 4500m beneath the magical Annapurna mountains. On his descent he spent the night in the foothills in a beautiful village called Sidhing.

Fikuri Village Medical Clinic
In the beginning our efforts in Nepal had focused on education, infrastructure and earthquake recovery. The idea to refit the Fikuri Medical Clinic in Satdobate villlage with updated pre and post natal equipment was brought to the table by Carol Hedgeman, a nurse/mid wife from New Zealand.

Aiselu Bhume School Library
The school is located in Khule village which is nestled in the picturesque Nuwakot district in the foothills of the Ganesh Himal mountains. It was hit extremely hard by the earthquakes and 16 of the 20 classrooms in the local school were flattened.
